GRATITUDE IS GLITTER FOR YOUR SOUL

If you take just one moment each day to name something you’re grateful for, even on the messiest days, it can gently shift everything.

When you hear a perfectly timed song, or an unexpected sign.....they are little Godwinks that show up just when you need them most. What once felt heavy begins to feel a little lighter and brighter.

The more you practice gratitude, the more it spreads . Your eyes will be open to even more Godwinks along the way. Your days will feel warmer, and more filled with grace.

Just like glitter… it gets everywhere, in the very best way! 😊

If praise makes you feel powerful and criticism ruins your peace, other people may have too much control over your heart.

Humility changes that.

Being humble does not mean thinking badly about yourself. It means seeing yourself truthfully before God. You know your gifts come from Him. You know your weaknesses need His grace. And you stop needing other people to tell you what you are worth.

St. Mother Teresa put it this way:
→ “If you are humble nothing will touch you neither praise nor disgrace, because you know what you are.”

That kind of humility brings freedom. Praise does not have to feed your pride. Criticism does not have to destroy you. Your identity is not built on applause, likes, success, rejection, or what someone said about you.

Jesus tells us, “Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.”

The closer you get to Him, the less power the world has to define you. You can receive correction without falling apart and receive praise without letting it become your identity.

Your worth was never meant to rise and fall with someone else’s opinion.
