Free adult dental care available in Worcester on 11/15!

😒Do you have dental issues that need to be addressed?

🦷 The Massachusetts Dental Society Foundation is holding a FREE Adult Dental Clinic called Mission of Mercy (MOM) on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the DCU Center in Worcester for uninsured and underserved communities.

☑️ Patients do not need to pre-register, and the following treatments will be administered by licensed dental professionals: extractions, fillings, limited root canals (front teeth only), X-rays, fluoride varnish, and oral health education.

🚪Doors open at 6:30 am, and we plan to serve 300 patients on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more at massdental.org/mom.

We now have free covid and flu vaccines for all ages 6 months - 18 years (they are out of pocket for ages 19 and over).

Walk-in hours are Mon, Tues, & Thurs from 9:30-1:30 and 3-4:30 and Fridays from 9:30-12 and 2-4. Closed Wednesdays. Thanks!

Flu vaccines have arrived! (Plus some fancy unboxing pics to show preservation of cold chain storage 🥶🥶🥶). We will have them available at the office during appointments and will also be vaccinating the Medford Public Schools in early October. 💉💪🏻

And today - July 9th - Is the office's 12th anniversary!! We opened our doors on July 9th, 2012 to two treatment rooms, no walls, and a lot of hope. We are grateful to our patients and the community for 12 great years. Brush and floss your #12 tooth today before any others! (That's your upper left tooth, fourth in the from the back for most people 😁)

Here's an oral hygiene tip for low spoon/executive function days! Have you heard of Shower Floss? Water flossers or waterpiks are an irrigation device that removes plaque and food from around your teeth and helps kill germs that cause tooth decay and gum issues. There's a particular brand called Shower Floss that connects to your showerhead instead of having a reservoir to fill that then has to get plugged in to work. Though you can't add mouthwash to it, this is great for folks having difficulty with self care, executive functioning, adding an extra step to their routine, or with mobility and sensory impairment. Once you are already in the shower, you can sit on a shower stool or stand and clean your teeth and gums! Dr. Rosie has been recommending it to a lot of patients lately and we wanted to post it here (note that we have no endorsements or connection in any way to Shower Floss - We just wanted to pass on the tip!)
