Today we celebrate an incredible milestone—30 years! And honestly, Melissa, at this point you're basically part of the office furniture... except way more valuable and significantly better at keeping everything running.
Melissa, thank you for your dedication, loyalty, and the countless lives you've touched over the years. While I've only had the privilege of working alongside you for the last four years, I feel so fortunate to have learned from you and to call you a friend.
And let's be honest—30 years of putting up with dentists, patients, schedules, surprises, and everything in between deserves some kind of medal. You've seen it all, handled it all, and somehow managed to keep your sense of humor intact. That's a superpower if I've ever seen one.
Thank you for all the ways you've helped and supported me. I've grown so much as a dentist, practice owner, and employer because of your guidance, patience, and example. Your care for our patients and our team shines through in everything you do, and I'm mighty grateful for the difference you've made at Rise & Smile.
Thirty years is an amazing accomplishment, and we're so lucky to celebrate you today. And just to be clear—this is an anniversary celebration, not a retirement party! We're not letting you go that easily. ❤️
