My pediatrician, Dr. Umesh Betkerur, passed away today and I want the world to know how special and what an amazing physician he was.
He was there when I was born, my high school graduation, my wedding, and later got to meet my own children. Just a couple of weeks ago, I visited him and showed him photos and videos of Infinite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. He couldn’t speak much anymore, but the smile on his face said everything—that he was truly proud of what had been built.
Thank you for taking care of me through every chapter of life. What a gift it was to know you. ❤️

Huge congratulations to Dr. Brock Montgomery on matching in Dermatology at MetroHealth! 🎉 I’ve had the joy of caring for the Montgomery boys over the years, and I am just so happy for Brock, his beautiful wife Kaelyn and their wonderful kids! Watching Brock’s journey from teacher to medical school and now to this incredibly competitive specialty has been so inspiring. On their last visit he casually mentioned that “Friday we find out our future,” and at first I didn’t realize it was Match Day! So so so proud of the hard work and dedication it took to get here, and selfishly I’m thrilled the Montgomery family is staying right here in Cleveland so I’ll still get to see those sweet boys in the office. Congratulations, Dr. Montgomery—your future patients and MetroHealth are very lucky! 👏🩺✨

It’s a great week at Infinite Smiles Pediatric Dentistry — and not just because Ohio State dominated Michigan 27–9!
Our state-of-the-art Ohio State themed operatory is officially finished just in time for the big win!
It’s perfect for our older high school and college patients and a fun new way to make visits even more exciting. Not only do we have pictures of Dr. Modi and Brutus, but we have a script “Ohio” Dr. Modi, and yes, even buckeye flavored laughing gas! Come check it out!
