📅 Frequency Limits: How often insurance will cover things like cleanings, exams, and X-rays.

💵 Annual Maximum: The most your insurance will pay toward your dental care each year.

WHAT NOT TO DO BEFORE YOUR DENTAL APPOINTMENT

A few things to avoid before you hop in our chair:
🚫Don’t chug a coffee right before your appointment!
We love coffee too, but we don’t need you jumpy, jittery, and ready to jump out of the chair before we even say “open wide!”
🚫Don't brush aggressively. We love that you care about your teeth but scrubbing like you are power washing a sidewalk can do more harm then good.
🚫Don’t forget to tell us what’s actually bothering you.
Even if it seems small, we want to know!
🚫Don't cancel. We save your spot just for you. Last minute cancellations make it really hard to fill an appointment (and it hurts our small business heart).
