SDS Membership:
Southern Dental Snellville strives to help patients achieve the beautiful, healthy smile that they deserve.
Two main reasons we hear that people do not get dental needs addressed are “I couldn’t come because I don’ t have insurance,” or “It is too expensive without insurance”.
We are proud to offer our SDS Membership that covers 100% of ALL preventative care including routine cleanings, exams and x-rays.
Members also receive 20% off of ALL treatment completed within 12 months of enrollment, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, implants, even bleaching!
SDS Membership Benefits
What is included in the SDS Membership?
Two free dental exams
Two free routine dental cleanings
Yearly recording the health of the gums
One panorex (commonly known as “the wisdom teeth xray”)
Four bitewing x-rays
One fluoride treatment for children under the age of 15
One emergency visit and emergency x-rays
Don’t forget–members receive 20% off of ALL treatment completed within 12 months of enrollment, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, implants, even bleaching!
SDS Membership Annual Enrollment Fee
Adult enrollment fee: $299.00 ($475.00 value)
Additional dependent family members: $289.00 ($475.00 value)

Co-payments for services provided are due in full at the time of service. We do not send out statements or finance.
Cash or check only. A 5% fee will be added to services paid by credit card. Membership is valid for twelve months from initial enrollment. Benefits expire at the end of twelve months. Benefits are not transferable.
Membership cannot be combined with any other discount or insurance plan. If you have traditional dental insurance, you are not a candidate for SDS Membership.
It is the responsibility of members to maximize benefits and schedule the appropriate appointments within twelve months.
