82 y/o with cc “my tooth has been sore to chew on lately”. Pt has a past history of bisphosphonate therapy and tooth is an abutment for her RPD. I decided to give retreatment a shot. I was only able to achieve patency in the ML canal so I utilized the OG molar PI handpiece and used the sq**rt technique with Very happy with the result! Phoned patient at one week and she report tooth feels great!
