Camellia City Family Dentistry is proud to say we’ve been a trusted dentist in Slidell since 1948. Our practice was founded by Dr. Lou Grush. He was later joined by Dr. James Tomaszewski, who has since passed the torch down to his son, Dr. Steven Tomaszewski (or just “Dr. Steve”). What’s more, Dr

. Grush was Dr. Steve’s godfather, making us a truly family-friendly dental practice. After graduating from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, Dr. Steve served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Since taking over the practice in 2010, he has spent some time as a part-time clinical assistant professor at the LSU School of Dentistry while also providing tech-forward dental care with a hometown feel. Atlanta adventure recap with the best crew! 🧳✨

This trip had a little bit of everything… we explored the amazing marine life at the Georgia Aquarium, tasted our way through the World of Coca-Cola, took in the breathtaking views at Amicalola Falls, and even checked something off the bucket list by riding in our very first driverless Uber (which was equal parts cool and slightly terrifying 😅).

So many laughs, memories, and “did that really just happen?” moments. Grateful for this crew and already looking forward to the next adventure! ❤️
