Tooth Extraction Aftercare🦷

Healing usually takes a few days to a couple of weeks.

Do:
Bite on gauze to stop bleeding
Rest for 24 hours
Use ice packs to reduce swelling
Eat soft foods (yogurt, soup, mashed potatoes)

Avoid:
Smoking (can cause dry socket)
Drinking through a straw
Heavy lifting
Hard or spicy foods
