Happy Retirement, Renae! ❤️
After an incredible 24 ½ years at South Western Dental, it’s hard to put into words just how much Renae Mergen means to all of us. What a bittersweet day this is as we celebrate an amazing career, while also trying to imagine our office without her laughter filling the halls.
Renae, your quick wit, endless laughs, and unforgettable sayings have made every day brighter. We don’t know what we’ll miss more — your smart comments that always kept us on our toes or hearing, “Cut off her head and sew on a button!” at just the right moment. You brought so much personality, humor, and heart to our office, and it simply won’t be the same without you.
Thank you for the 24 ½ years of dedication, hard work, friendship, and memories you’ve given to Southwestern Dental. You’ve touched so many lives — coworkers, patients, and friends alike — and your impact here will never be forgotten.
While we are beyond excited for this next chapter of adventures, relaxation, and well-deserved time for yourself, please know there will always be a Renae-sized hole in our hearts (and probably a little less laughter around here).
