☀️ Hot Weather + Labor Day Weekend = Time to Play It Safe! 🇺🇸

As you head into the long holiday weekend, don’t let the excessive heat spoil your fun!

💧 Drink plenty of water—even before you feel thirsty
🌳 Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning
👕 Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
🧴 Don’t forget the sunscreen
🚗 Never leave children or pets inside a parked vehicle
👵 Check on older family members, friends, and neighbors

Watch for dizziness, headache, nausea, confusion, or excessive sweating. These may be signs that someone is becoming overheated and needs to cool down right away.
