6 tips for your first week of Invisalign
1. Wear them consistently
Aim for 22 hours a day to stay on track from the start.
2. Expect pressure
Mild tightness is normal and means the aligners are doing their job.
3. Always use a case
Avoid wrapping aligners in napkins. They will get lost.
4. Drink water only
Remove aligners for coffee, tea, and anything with color or sugar.
5. Brush more often
Clean teeth help keep trays clear and fresh.
6. Switch trays at night
You’ll sleep through the initial pressure and wake up adjusted.

Your jaw doesn’t expand enough to create new space — so if your mouth was crowded as a child, it will stay crowded as an adult unless treated.

Baby teeth are smaller than adult teeth.
So when adult teeth arrive (bigger, wider, stronger), they only intensify the crowding — often more than what you saw in childhood.

Crowding isn’t a phase.
It’s a condition - and the earlier you address it, the easier (and faster) the transformation.
