6 tips for your first week of Invisalign
1. Wear them consistently
Aim for 22 hours a day to stay on track from the start.
2. Expect pressure
Mild tightness is normal and means the aligners are doing their job.
3. Always use a case
Avoid wrapping aligners in napkins. They will get lost.
4. Drink water only
Remove aligners for coffee, tea, and anything with color or sugar.
5. Brush more often
Clean teeth help keep trays clear and fresh.
6. Switch trays at night
