Here is a 4'x4' metal barn quilt that we are producing. The customer is picking this one up and taking to their parents who lives in Tenn. I printed a sample out to check the colors, it looked awesome and they loved it. It will look nice on their parents greenhouse.

Lily Pond Barn Quilts will soon be offering printed wood pallet barn quilts. We have been working on the concept for some weeks now. We can basically put any type of images on these even adding your initials in the center. These can also be cleared for outdoor durability. With two pallet manufacturing facilities locally, we are certain not to run out of pallets. We also have other barn quilt related items in the works that will enhance the barn quilts nicely. Stay tune.....

Here is a 4'x4' that will be printed on metal. The customer wants a star that incorporated the rainbow colors in a kaleidoscope effect. This one is headed to Western, Ky. We want to get some nice barn quilts down in that area. This barn quilt will be a nice one to make. Nice job.

Here is a 4'x4' barn quilt that will be printed on metal. This one will be headed to Lexington, Ky. The customer emailed us a few thumb nail sketches of what they wanted and this is what we came up with. With only two colors, it will still turn out nice.

Here is a 2'x2' barn quilt that was done on metal. It hasn't been clear coated yet but as you can see the colors look perfect. The color coverage on this one is outstanding, no variations, no drop out, perfect. Really turned out well, nice job. One thing is for sure, we keep doing these barn quilts, we're going to get pretty good at them. These barn quilts are really fun to make. Designing them can definitely get your creative juices flowing.

Here is a design for a metal barn quilt that we are doing for a friends parents that lives up in Canada. She is delivering them in a few weeks when she goes up and visits them.We are doing a 4'x4' for their place and a 2'x2' to put in their business to guage some feedback from their customers. They are very much interested in purchasing barn quilts to resale. They also want to check out our quality. I assured them that once they see them up close in person they will be well pleased.

Here is a 2'x2' barn quilt sample that I received that was produced on a machine that I'm looking at for this as well as for my sign business. I designed the image, colored it and had it produced on Dibond metal. It took less than four minutes to produce. The colors are even more vibrate in person. The machine can produce (48) 4'x8' full color, one sided boards per hour. (I'd say that is a little fast.) As fast as I am, I can't paint that fast. The machine also produces registration marks for double sided work. This machine will definitely open up plenty of opportunities for us.

This 3' x3' is heading to Ohio. It is going on a shed next to a flower garden and a small waterfall. It will be a nice addition there.

I'm going to do this 3'x3' for a home. They converted their basement into a recreation area. Their countertops are green marble, so I pulled off of that color. This one will be made out of Aluminum metal. We do all of our metal signs in house in order to keep more control over quality. Should look really good over their fireplace. Barn quilts are not just for barns anymore. Thanks...
