With Oral Health Month coming to an end, now is the ideal time to ensure you are maintaining good oral hygiene. The American Dental Association advises brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing regularly, and visiting the dentist routinely. Good oral hygiene supports not only your dental health but also your overall well-being!
