Canfield Dental Care We focus on extractions and wisdom tooth removal We are out of network with all Insurances except Delta Dental Premier.

We accept the following insurances: Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticut General Life, Connection, Dentemax, Guardian, Guardian Dental Guard Preferred, Medicaid(except Caresource), Metlife, Unified Group, Dental Dental, Hoosier Healthwise, Teamsters, and we can check other insurance to see if they can provide coverage for you through our office. Dr. Canfield is a general dentist and is a graduate of the IU School of Dentistry. In addition to general dentistry, doctor Canfield has extensive experience removing wisdom teeth and performing IV sedation. •9 years experience extracting approximately 3,000 teeth per year, including wisdom teeth.

•Extensive training in oral, IV, and nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation.
•Certified to administer IV sedation for the state of Indiana.
•Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
•Active member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

•Custom fit dentures, including immediate dentures, and implant supported dentures. As owner of Natural Dentures in Indianapolis for 7 years, I bring a lot of experience to the denture fitting process.


•And, as always, third molar removal with IV sedation, pill sedation, or nitrous oxide sedation. Just let us know what your comfort level is!
