Today, we're helping shine a light on Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)—a condition that affects more than one million people worldwide, yet remains largely unknown to many.

FSHD is a genetic disorder that causes progressive muscle weakness, often beginning in the face, shoulders, and upper arms. Everyday activities that many of us take for granted—like smiling, blinking, reaching, or lifting—can become increasingly challenging for those living with this condition.
