🦷 The dentist-recommended answer: BEFORE breakfast!

Overnight, bacteria builds up in your mouth while you sleep. Brushing first thing in the morning removes that bacteria and coats your teeth with fluoride to help protect them from the acids in food and drinks.

If you prefer brushing after breakfast, try to wait about 30 minutes, especially if you had coffee, juice, or fruit. This helps protect your enamel.
