Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in our Sharon, MA office. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front office operations, including greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all patients and staff.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Experience in Clerical tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven Customer Service skills and a patient-focused approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
