Dental trauma cases are always a race against time ⏱️
Orthodontic movement, root canal therapy, and the risk of ankylosis (when the tooth fuses to bone) must all be carefully balanced to preserve both function and esthetics.
Here’s a look at this remarkable before and after — teamwork and timing made all the difference. The tooth was orthodontically repositioned before it had a chance to fuse to the bone (ankylose) and so it could receive root canal treatment.

Your recycled material is shredded, washed, then converted into raw material forms to make plastic lumber, outdoor products, and other building materials.

So bring in your used aligners and we’ll make sure they’re recycled responsibly instead of ending up in landfills.

This week Dr. Sahar returned to her alma mater, Brown University’s Samuels Sinclair Dental Center, to give a lecture to current residents on early orthodontic treatment.
The year she spent here as a general dental resident in 2017 shaped the entire trajectory of her career and remains one of the most impactful chapters of her journey.

Working alongside compassionate mentors and caring for patients with special needs and complex medical conditions opened her eyes to the profound impact specialized, empathetic care can have on a person’s life.

Full circle moments like this are a reminder that the seeds planted early in our journeys can grow into a lifelong purpose 🦷💙✨
