In honor of Earth Day turning 50 yesterday, Dr. Lilo planted new trees at the office. Earth Day is an annual event celebrated around the world on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection.

In September the Bahamas were struck by a devastating category five hurricane which lingered for days.
As a result, many of the Bahamians lost everything they had.
Rotary club of Seminole Lake assembled an effort led by Dr Lilo, to make the holidays a little more joyous for those who were affected.
On November 13, women from Rotary and their friends assembled 100 baskets and boxes to go to the Bahamas and help brighten the holidays a bit.

The International College of Dentists USA section, presented a local dental practitioner, Dr. Sandra J. Lilo with a membership plaque, a gold lapel pin, and a gold key symbolic of this Fellowship for conspicuous service rendered in the art and science of Dentistry.
The International College of Dentists (ICD) is the pre-eminent honorary organization of the world's outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and continued progress in the profession of dentistry for the benefit of all humankind.
Dr. Lilo, exemplifies the core values of integrity, leadership and service and was inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists at its 85th Annual Convocation in San Francisco, CA on September 6, 2019.
In an impressive regalia ceremony, 350 dentists from the United States and abroad were inducted into the College at this year's ceremony witnessed by over 1,000 members and guests. The college, with representative chapters in more than 123 countries, has over 11,000 members, including about 6,500 in the United States.

Below is Dr. Lilo with her dental school classmates Dr. Perry Tuneberg, past President of the Illinois Dental Association and Dr. Richard Huot, past President of the Maine Dental Association and current 1st Vice President for the American Dental Association.
Dr. Lilo went to Washington DC to attend the annual ADPAC conference dedicated to assuring quality and affordable dental care to patients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Over 1,500 dentists and students from throughout the country took time away from their practices and dental school commitments to send a message to Washington of our continued commitment to the care of our patients/ their constituents.

All three graduated with flying colors from this course sponsored by Bay Center for Oral and Implant Surgery. Our office stays current on CPR through hosted courses or onsite hired instructors.

Dr. Lilo, staff and guests had a fun time Saturday night at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center where they enjoyed a great concert by The BOSS Project: A Bruce Springsteen Tribute, the band was spot on with their songs and Glenn Ellen made it on stage to play tambourine! Our office has a great camaraderie and enjoy outings together.
