Hearing students share what these scholarships have made possible for them was incredibly moving and served as a meaningful reminder of why investing in education and the community we call home matters so much to us. Back-to-school season means it’s time to show your work, right?! And this smile is definitely worth showing off! 💯

When we first met this patient in 2023, years of grinding and bite misalignment had severely worn down his teeth - affecting both how he chewed and his overall confidence.

Dr. Kyle teamed up with local orthodontist Dr. Cacchiotti and Protea Dental Lab, using advanced digital planning and principles he learned through the Kois Center to restore what years of wear had taken away.

The result? A healthy, natural-looking smile, restored function, and a bite he says has never felt better. Now that’s fridge-worthy. 😉

It’s official! 🤝

This weekend, our families gathered to celebrate the newly minted partnership between Drs. Kyle Washut and Dallas Easter.

When we first approached the Easters about joining the WFD family a little over two years ago, Kyle had come to respect Dr. Easter through learning alongside him in their peer-based dental study club. The quality of his dentistry, his commitment to continual learning, and the way he cared for his patients reflected the same patient-first philosophy that has guided this practice for over 40 years. We were hopeful about what this could become, and it’s been a joy to watch our doctors, team, and families come together to continue caring for the Yakima Valley community.

Thank you to the Easters for saying yes to this journey, to our entire team for embracing this vision, to the doctors and teams before us whose legacy we’re honored to carry forward, and to our patients for trusting us with your care.

The future feels bright, and we feel so lucky to do it together.

It's always exciting to welcome a new member into our Cavity Free Club and it especially makes us proud knowing our patients are prioritizing their oral health from a young age. By teaching children proper brushing and flossing techniques helps them to form healthy habits and build positive self-esteem for a lifetime. Way to go, Logan! Keep up the good work. 🤩
