We are a Small, Fun and Friendly Dental clinic looking to Hire a Sensational Front Desk Receptionist😃

Responsibilities: 🎆
Answering phones, taking Messages, transferring Calls.
Verifying Patient Insurance, some Scheduling and Rescheduling of appointments, Confirming appointments (Nexhealth helps w/this)
Greeting patients Especially the 9am Monday morning patient with a cheerful smile. Keeping front office area tidy. ✨

We use OpenDental so some familiarity with this is preferred.
Located in the Picturesque town of Sedro-Woolley, Wa.
Open:
Mondays, 9am - 5pm
Tuesday to Thursday 8am - 5pm

Competitive pay, Benefits included (Medical, Vision, Dental, etc..)
Holiday pay, Vacation Pay.⛱️🛳️

Our office will be closed every Thursday for the remainder of the month of March. We will be in the office for limited hours Mondays-Wednesdays and will return any phone calls and emails at that time. We will be back in the office and back to normal hours starting April 1st, 2025.
