Happy Boss's Day to the one and only Dr. G!

There are a lot of things we could say about our boss. He's creative, he's passionate about what he does, he's always finding ways to make things better, and he genuinely cares about the people around him.

He's also got a laugh that is contagious, a pretty famous grilled cheese, and a sense of humor that keeps us on our toes. 😂

But what we appreciate most is the way he treats people. Whether it's a patient sitting in his chair or one of us having a tough day, Dr. G has a way of making people feel like they matter.

Thank you for believing in us, teaching us, laughing with us, and making this more than just a place to work.

Happy Thursday, friends! Dr. G here.

Apparently, we go through a LOT of dental floss in North America. Enough that somebody decided to measure it in trips to the moon! (It equals 6 by the way 😂🌙)

But here's what I really want you to remember during Orthodontic Health Month: brushing alone doesn't clean everything, especially when you've got brackets and wires to work around.

Traditional floss, floss threaders, water flossers... there are plenty of ways to get the job done. The important thing is finding a routine you'll actually stick with.

Now I'm curious. Are you a traditional floss person, or have you switched to a water flosser?

Did you know that ust because your child's teeth look straight doesn't always mean there's enough room for all those permanent teeth to come in?

That's one of the reasons we recommend an orthodontic checkup around age 7. It doesn't mean your child needs braces. Sometimes we're simply keeping an eye on how everything is growing and developing.

And sometimes the best news I can give a parent is that everything looks great and we'll just keep watching 😎

I had the privilege of treating Crystle when she was a teenager, and now I get to take care of both of her boys. It’s pretty special when a patient I treated years ago comes back and trusts me with their own kids.

Thank you, Crystle, for the kind words and for trusting me with your family. I really appreciate it!

These are the moments, that I'm reminded again, why I LOVE what I do!
