Our services are provided by skilled staff with help from volunteers. During the school year, we rely on community volunteers and talented student-volunteers from the UW. However, when school is out and the sun is shining, we find our volunteer pool dwindling.

District Dental Wellness is looking to add a new team member!

Our rapidly expanding practice is seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented front office administrator. This is a patient-facing position which requires good communication skills and a heart for customer service.

We have very high new patient flow; loyal, long-term patients; successful over the counter collections and a fun, team focused work environment. We use Dentrix Practice Management Software. Dental experience would be appreciated, however it is not mandatory. We have a practice management coach to train and support our team for long-term growth and development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to project a smile during phone conversations. Excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to care deeply for patients will put you at the top of our list.

I've been seeing this for the last couple of years, but this pandemic coupled with an election season and civil unrest are really taking it's toll. Bite guards, masks, and a ballot my friends!
