1️⃣Manual toothbrush: Use gentle circular motions and brush for at least 2 minutes to remove
plaque effectively.
2️⃣Electric toothbrush: Let the toothbrush do the work for you, but make sure to still brush for the
recommended time to cover all areas.
3️⃣Ultrasonic Electric toothbrush: Use a light touch as the high-speed vibrations will do the
cleaning for you. Focus on your gums and those hard-to-reach spots.
4️⃣Charcoal toothbrush: Avoid brushing too hard, as the charcoal bristles are abrasive. Use
gentle pressure and focus on areas where staining occurs.
