Hello everyone.

It has come to our attention that someone is misusing our company name and telephone number as part of their fraudulent activity. They are somehow taking funds from people's accounts all over the world using this information, which is publicly available.

Please be assured that this is not a direct breach into our secured banking and credit card system. We are getting bombarded with calls from people all over the world claiming that we charged their accounts when absolutely no one has been charged by our office. 100% of the people that are being fraudulent charged are not our patients and are not in our database.

If you see any suspicious charges from our office and you are or have a family member in our office, please contact us immediately. We are upset about the incident and are actively working with the financial company responsible for resolving the issue.

We’d like to reassure our patients that this is not a breach on our end and our patient information is secure and not affected by this incident.

Office Hours Update!

Our office will be closed Monday April 4th through Friday April 8th. Regular office hours will resume on Monday April 11th.

On Monday and Friday, we will have a team member taking calls between the hours of 10 AM to 2 PM.

If you're experiencing any pain and or swelling, please call our office and follow the prompts to direct your call.

Inclement Weather Update:
Hello! We hope that you all are being safe out there in the snow. With that being said, we have decided to reschedule the MORNING appointments scheduled for December 28th.

If your appointment is scheduled BEFORE 12pm we will be calling you to reschedule your appointment.

If your appointment is scheduled AFTER 12 pm, please arrive to your appointment as usual.

Hello everyone! Please remember that we are still following COVID precautions and protocols.

Here is an update on the clinic to guide you as you continue to come in for your appointments.

1. Please brush your teeth before arriving at the clinic. Our brushing station remains closed to patients as a safety precaution. You won’t be able to brush at the clinic instead, we will provide you with a disinfecting mouth rinse.

2. Please do arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. At this time, due to our tight scheduling, we may not be able to accommodate those arriving past their scheduled time. We may need to reschedule you.

3. We are requiring everyone entering the building to wear an approved/recommended face mask. It MUST be worn throughout the visit, except during the actual treatment time. The mask should cover both the nose and mouth. Masks with breathing valves are not permitted in the clinic.

4. Upon arrival CALL the office at (206)722-5000 and select the option 1, you will be asked a few screening questions before we are able to meet you outside for a temperature scan.

5. Please understand at this time, we are allowing ONLY PATIENTS to enter the building UNLESS we request the parent/guardian to enter. Our door is locked to control the flow of people in and out of the clinic.

6. After scheduling your next appointment, we kindly ask that you SANITIZE your hands BEFORE exiting.

Undoubtedly the pandemic had disrupted the patient schedule. If you are an ACTIVE PATIENT and have no appointment scheduled, please do call us us soon as possible.

Hello, everyone! We're sure everyone is excited and eager to get back into the groove of things and start up their treatment again. At this time, our team members are working hard to get everything ready. For the safety and health of our patients, staff and families, we have instituted new protocols.

The office will reopen on Thursday, June 11th. with an altered schedule and new hours of operation. We do ask for your patience as initially, we will be scheduling at reduced capacity.

Here are a few helpful tips during this transition period:

- Do not call the office to schedule an appointment.

- We will personally be contacting our patients to schedule their new appointments in the same order as what the schedule was before the shutdown.

- Please, no walk-ins. We won't be able to accommodate you.

- If you are experiencing pain or swelling, call first. We will do our best to address your concern.

- If your contact information has changed, contact us via phone (206-722-5000) or e-mail ([email protected]) with your updated information.

- Read our new office protocol that will be posted in a separate post, as you get ready for your appointment. We want you to be informed of the changes that have occurred since your last visit.

Seattle Braces Family,

As the pandemic continues, we must strive to work towards a new “normal” at the clinic. We are currently still working on creating a safer environment for patients to enter and for the team to work. At this time we will be extending our closure until early June in order to put all safety measures into place as well as getting all necessary PPE. Once open we will have a limited schedule in order to minimize crowding and unnecessary close contact. We appreciate you hanging in there and being so patient with us. We look forward to seeing everyone again!
