Just wrapped up an incredible week last Friday at the Kois Center, completing the Treatment Planning and Functional Occlusion course with Dr. John Kois!

We spent five full days (7 AM–6:00 PM and beyond!) exploring the latest evidence-based science behind treatment planning, materials, periodontal health, caries, occlusion, and how all of these come together to provide the very best care for patients.

I’m so grateful to have learned directly from Dr. Kois. He is an exceptional teacher, mentor, and visionary in evidence based dentistry. It was an honor to witness his passion for excellence and education. He even hosted our group on his boat one evening, making it an unforgettable week professionally and personally!

I’m excited to bring this knowledge back to my team and continue advancing our mission of practicing at the highest level of clinical excellence and patient comfort. 🦷✨

✨ Banff Family Adventure 2025✨

Every summer we love taking a week to explore a new place together. This year’s trip to Banff was truly a 10/10!

Highlights were:
🌅 Canoeing at sunrise on Lake Louise
🥾 A 4+ hour hike (so impressed with the kids!) up to a teahouse
🌄 Watching the sunrise from the top of Moraine Lake
🐎 Horseback riding through the mountains
❄️Walking on an actual glacier
🚠 Gondola rides with breathtaking views
🍽️ Amazing meals + hotel pool time
👣 Lots of hiking, exploring, and memory-making

Today is the first rainy day here at home, which makes me even more thankful we had this time to enjoy the outdoors and make memories before the school year kicked into gear. (Summer always goes by so fast!)

Grateful beyond words for my amazing dental team. 💙 We wrapped up the week with happy hour at Altitude in Seattle. It was such a stunning spot on a sunny day! 🌞 I’m so lucky to work alongside such professional, caring, funny, and hardworking women. When you’re aligned in your passion for providing excellent care and genuinely enjoy the people you work with, every day feels like a gift. 💫

Also, I finally got clued in in this Labubu obsession! Feeling much more in the loop now! 😂🤣

🎉 Last month, our dental practice celebrated 4 amazing years of serving our wonderful Seattle community! We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and so grateful for the trust our patients place in us every day.

To celebrate, we raffled off some fun prizes including a Sonicare toothbrush, Starbucks gift card, and two in-office Zoom whitening sessions! 🦷✨

Our team continues to grow, and this year we’re excited to be equipping our final operatory—another step forward in our commitment to providing the highest quality care and comfort for our patients.

Feeling so thankful for our incredible team, our loyal patients, and all the milestones behind us—and even more excited for what’s ahead. Cheers to 4 years and many more to come! 💙

What an amazing day. 🫶✨

Today, I had the honor of volunteering at the Seattle King County Clinic with two of the best teammates I could ever ask for — my incredible assistant Salena and our amazing hygienist Dana (who inspired us to sign up for this in the first place 💛).

We spent the day providing cleanings, exams, and fillings to those in our community who need care but may not always have access to it. It was humbling and very rewarding. I was impressed at the many dental professionals in our community who also volunteered.

So proud of our team and thankful to be able to participate in this wonderful event.

It’s almost a wrap for 2024! Last week we went out to dinner to celebrate the season and another great year at the office. I am so lucky to be surrounded by these 4 amazing women every day. They each contribute so much to our team. These ladies help make our days run smoothly and truly care about making the patient experience as positive as possible. Although we spend a lot of time together treating our patients, it was really nice taking time to connect with each other outside of the office and always makes me think that we need to do this more often. Hope everyone is enjoying the last few weeks of the year - who else can’t believe it’s almost 2025!?

I feel like I just won an award! 🤩

We achieved Gold status with Invisalign this year and I am so proud of myself and the team for helping to achieve this milestone!

Having properly aligned teeth has so many benefits to optimal, long term dental health. Having straight teeth makes it easier to brush and floss, resulting in less buildup and gum disease. When forces are more evenly distributed on posterior teeth we are able decrease wear and chipping on anterior teeth and also reduce the need for more complex and invasive dentistry over time. Also, it always looks great having a straight, wide smile!

I am so happy to be an Invisalign provider and look forward to continuing to help patients achieve straighter, healthier smiles for years to come!

I am so grateful for the amazing women I get to work with every day! It really takes a team to make the office run smoothly and everyone has an important role. I am truly lucky to work with these wonderful, hardworking and dedicated ladies. They all help create such a positive experience for our patients. We were able to spend a little time with our friends at last month and enjoy an evening together outside of the office! Who else has an amazing team/coworkers?!
