2️⃣ Brush 2x a day – Morning & night, every day! Supervise until age 7. 🕖🦸‍♀️
3️⃣ Limit sugar – Skip sticky snacks & sugary drinks. Choose water & healthy bites! 🥕
4️⃣ Visit the dentist – First visit by age 1, then every 6 months! 👩‍⚕️
