One of the most common questions I get is, "What's stronger: a crown or a veneer?" The answer isn't as simple as you might think.

A crown is technically stronger because it's a full porcelain restoration that covers the entire tooth. But that doesn't automatically make it the better option.

When possible, I prefer preserving healthy tooth structure. That's one of the reasons I love no-prep and minimal-prep veneers. They wrap just around the edges of the tooth while keeping the majority of your natural enamel intact.
