One of the highlights of Bulletproof Summit 2026 was seeing Dr. Alpers take the stage alongside his colleague, Dr. Edgerly!

Their conversation focused on something Dr. Alpers cares a lot about: knowing where you’re headed. They talked about establishing a clear vision for your practice, empowering your team to be part of that vision, and tracking the right numbers so you know whether you’re actually making progress.
