This patient came in with a smile that had been through a lot. We rebuilt her smile into something bright, strong, and new with a blend of crowns and a dental implant.

When a patient walks in with a fractured front tooth, it’s never a fun day. There’s usually some fear in the room, and some uncertainty about what it’s going to look like when it’s done. I get that.

The good news is a broken front tooth doesn’t mean you can’t smile comfortably again. When we looked at her case, the fracture wasn’t the only issue. Older crowns were failing too, and a few other things needed attention if we were going to fix this properly.

So we used the opportunity to take care of all of it. An implant where the tooth was missing, and new crowns across the front so everything matched. You can’t tell which tooth broke…and that was our goal.

With time, all dentistry needs maintenance and updates. After over a decade in service, it was time for an upgrade for our patient who wanted her old bridge to look more natural when she smiled.

We brightened the shade for a better match, perfected the margins to meet her tisssue, and crafted a more lifelike restoration out of a more natural looking material. The final result blends seamlessly and looks completely beautiful in her smile.

One of the first times I met this patient, she asked me if she needed veneers. She stated that friends and family who had them have amazing smiles and she wanted hers to look better.
