With the re-opening of our office, Please refer to the following for new office protocol so that we can protect you as well as our work family:
1) Upon arrival to your appointment, please call our front desk @ 256.259.4411. We ask that you stay seated in your car until your room is ready for your appointment. When it is , one of our team members will meet you on the front porch to es**rt you into the building. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WAITING ROOM.
2) ONLY SCHEDULED PATIENTS WILL BE ALLOWED into our office for appointments. Children needing an es**rt and/or handicapped patients WILL BE ALLOWED ONE es**rt if ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY; otherwise, NO OTHER INDIVIDUALS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE OFFICE ( Escorts will also be screened prior to entry)
3) We will accept walk-in appointments, but you will not be permitted to enter the office until you have been screened and passed the COVID questionnaire. Please, call our office @ 256.259.4411 to discuss availability
4) Upon ENTERING the office and LEAVING the office we will ask that you wash/sanitize your hands to protect yourselves and our staff
5) We will all be looking a little different (more gear, etc.) and we will most likely have times when we are running behind, but please do not be alarmed and try to have patience with us with us when possible. Even though we've been open some hours throughout the last 6 weeks we've had to put a lot of our patient family's needs on hold.
6) Please, be mindful of those around you and respect the social distancing measures that are still in place when possible.
7) SHOULD YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE ASAP. Normal office hours will be M,T,W,TR 8-5pm and some Fridays from 8-2pm
