As with every year, we honor those who served in any of the branches of service for our country and remember the sacrifices that they made. I'm a veteran of the U.S. Army, as was my 95 year old father of whom I am very proud. Thank you to all of your friends and relatives who have passed away in service of our country no matter what race or faith that they were. They deserve our recognition forever more.

As people celebrate Cinco de Mayo in many places, please consider actually visiting this wonderful country full of friendly people, amazing sites, music, food and culture. We have been there several times and our trip through the state of Chihuahua and beyond to visit the Copper Canyon and view the total solar eclipse 2 years ago was so interesting, informative and just plain fun!
