Orthodontics FAQ: Does Invisalign hurt?

While Invisalign trays are a bit easier on teeth than braces, the sensations are comparable. When teeth adjust, there may be some dull pain for a day or two. Also, new Invisalign attachments can poke or scratch the inside of the mouth before they wear down after a week or so.
