"I’m so honored to be spotlight of the month, especially as I approach my 10 -year anniversary with Ortho Arch in November 2026. It’s hard to believe that 10 years have gone by.
One of my favorite things about working at Ortho Arch is the people. Over the years, this company has truly become like one big family to me. I love coming to work every day, getting things done, learning new things, and most importantly, getting to work alongside people I genuinely enjoy being around. I feel very blessed to be part of such an amazing company and team.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually busy being a mom of four! My kids are my world, and I love spending my free time with them. We love playing games, baking, doing arts and crafts, cooking together, and just making memories as a family. Being a mom is my favorite job of all!
I’m incredibly grateful for everything these past 10 years have brought me—the friendships, the experiences, the opportunities to grow, and all the memories along the way. I’m excited to continue growing with Ortho Arch and can’t wait to see what the next 10 years bring! " - Kirra
