The patient provided us with a photo of what she wanted her smile to resemble (third photo) and we did a same day design and print. Chairside custom painting brought the print to life.

Remember this?

Lots of different types of implants placed and shown in part 1. The patient had been restored at a massively insufficient OVD over time and to compensate esthetically the implant crowns were made longer and longer. By increasing the OVD, problem solving, and fine tuning we were able to get things functioning and looking great again.

After being told by several providers implants weren’t an option, this patient came to us. With the right planning, surgical partner, and prosthetic driven plan we were able to come up with a creative solution that got her out of removable prosthetics.
