Julia 😊Our incredible Business Coordinator and Patient Concierge. Julia is the very first friendly face you see when you walk through our doors, and she sets the tone for the entire visit. From checking patients in, managing calls, and keeping the schedule flowing, she does it all with warmth and professionalism. She truly makes everyone feel at home.

Emma 🌟Our Manager of Operations and lead Treatment Coordinator. Emma is our go to for everything operations and our absolute insurance expert. With over 15 years of experience, she brings knowledge, confidence, and leadership to our team every single day. Even as one of our newest team members, she has made a huge impact and we are so grateful to have her guiding both our team and our patients.

Judy 🎉Business Coordinator and the queen of creating a fun and welcoming environment. Judy keeps our schedule organized, helps patients check in and out seamlessly, and is always ready with a smile. Patients, especially kids, love visiting her desk for the best toys. On top of that, she is the creative force behind our festive and beautiful office decorations all year long.

Sandra 💫Our Spanish Patient Concierge and an amazing support both in the front and back of the office. Sandra brings so much energy, kindness, and reliability to our team. As a trained Cuban dentist, she has a deep understanding of patient care and always goes above and beyond to make every patient feel comfortable and understood. Her work ethic and positivity shine every day.

Keanu 🌍Our remote Business Coordinator who supports us all the way from the Philippines. Keanu plays a huge role behind the scenes with insurance verifications, helping with calls, and scheduling new patients. He is incredibly friendly, hardworking and consistently brings a positive attitude that our patients and team truly appreciate.

We are so lucky to have such a dedicated, talented, and caring administrative team. 💙 👏🏼
