Braces first. Jaw surgery mid-treatment. Then finishing orthodontics to bring it all together.
A truly complex surgical orthodontic case with significant bite discrepancies and facial asymmetry—but with careful planning and coordination, Dr. Rehana Khan was able to achieve a stable bite and a beautifully balanced final result.
Big transformations like this don’t happen in one step… they happen with time, precision, and experience.

This patient came to us with crowding, rotations, and a deep bite—and look at that result!
Dr. Khan treated this case using clear aligners, focusing on:
✔️ Aligning and straightening crowded teeth
✔️ Correcting rotations for a more balanced smile
✔️ Gently opening the bite for better function
✔️ Creating a natural, symmetrical finish

With a combination of custom aligners and strategic attachments, Dr. Khan was able to deliver a healthier, more confident smile 😁
No braces. No hassle. Just consistency and great results.
Ready to start your own transformation? Your perfect smile might be closer than you think.

STOP EVERYTHING. 🛑 Check out what was just delivered to the office!

My patient officially wins the "Gift Giver of the Year" award. They surprised me with this original poster from the 1998⁴ Maui show. If you know me, you know this band is my absolute obsession. 🥁🔥

Truly touched that you’d think of me! Now, who wants to hear the setlist while we work? JK... (maybe). 🎶
