All Kids Dentistry was designed to give kids a safe and fun place to come regularly for their oral health care. Good oral health is a habit that needs to be put into routine early on in a child's life and we welcome kids as early as when they get their first teeth. Dr. Laura believes that each child should be treated as an individual and a behavior management method or treatment plan that is good

for one child may not fit another. She believes in offering several options for parents and wants parents to be active decision makers in the process of caring for their children. The office itself was designed to be safe and comfortable with soothing colors and a natural theme. Children and their parents are welcome to come visit the office and meet the doctor and staff even before making an appointment.

There’s something incredibly special about watching our patients grow up.

Recently, we received this heartfelt letter from one of our long-time patients who has trusted us with her smile since she was little. From tooth fairy memories and watermelon-flavored prophy paste to becoming a senior at West Ranch High School and a Varsity Cheerleader, it’s been an honor to be part of her journey.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We’re so proud of the amazing young adults our patients become and grateful that families continue to trust us through every stage of life.

There’s something incredibly special about watching our patients grow up.

Recently, we received this heartfelt letter from one of our long-time patients who has trusted us with her smile since she was little. Is a pacifier bad for your child’s teeth? 👶🦷
Not necessarily.
Pacifiers can be a helpful source of comfort for babies and young toddlers. In fact, pacifier use during infancy is considered normal and generally isn’t a concern for dental development.

Where we start paying closer attention is when the habit continues beyond age 2–3.

Long-term pacifier use may contribute to:
🦷 Front teeth that don’t touch when the mouth is closed (open bite)
🦷 An upper jaw that becomes narrower over time
🦷 Teeth that appear crowded as permanent teeth begin to come in
🦷 Upper front teeth that stick out farther than normal

The good news? These issues are often less likely when children gradually stop using a pacifier by age 2–3.

Every child develops differently, which is why regular dental visits are so important. If you have questions about your child’s pacifier habit, we’re happy to help guide you through it.
