Do you have receding gums? Have you been told it’s because you brush too HARD?

If you have receding gums in all areas of your mouth, that may be true, however, there may be another cause you haven’t considered.

Your bite may be unstable which may be causing gum recession. If you are hitting heavy on a couple teeth, grinding your teeth at night, those teeth may be flexing & moving which over time may cause the gums to recede.

There are procedures that can help gum recession and the sensitivity it can cause. Although, it’s better to tackle the root cause of WHY it’s happening.

When you walk into our office, we want it to feel like your walking into a living room with a homey feel.

We don’t want it to FEEL like a typical dental office and we certainly don’t want it to SMELL like a dental office. Fresh flowers always helps!

Each of our patients is greeted with a hello and smile and we work hard to be sure our patients feel welcome. We do our best to be early or on time so we don’t want patients waiting.

One of the funniest “complaints” we have received from patients is we don’t give them anytime to catch up on the celebrity news. Our magazines are always the newest editions so if you like to see “what’s new” we always have the newest People Magazine. 😂

It’s Children’s Dental Health Month 🦷🪥

Cavities are the most chronic disease in childhood and yet, dental decay is preventable.

At King Dental, we teach and demonstrate the best tooth brushing technique to children and their parents to remove the bacteria 🦠 and bugs 🐛 that’s leads to cavities.

We also see children complimentary 2 extra times per year (4 times total in a year) so we can stay on top of the ever changing dynamics that happen in a child’s mouth.

Showing our patients, whether young or more mature, how to prevent disease is our mission.
