A few simple habits that make an enormous difference:
✅ Brush twice a day, two full minutes each time

The American Dental Association recommends a visit within 6 months of that first tooth — and no later than their first birthday.We know it sounds early. But that first visit isn't about big procedures. It's about:

✅ A gentle exam (sometimes right in your lap!)
✅ Talking through feeding habits, hygiene, and what's totally normal
✅ Building a positive relationship with the dentist from the start. Kids who visit early tend to grow up genuinely excited about dental appointments - because it has always just been a normal, happy part of life.
