Healthy teeth start with healthy gums.

One of the best things you can do for your child’s smile is help them build good habits early: brush twice a day, floss anywhere teeth touch, and keep up with regular dental visits.

And if you notice gums that are frequently red, swollen, tender, or bleeding when your child brushes, let us know. Those little signs are worth paying attention to.

September is National Gum Care Month- a good reminder that taking care of their smile means taking care of their gums, too. 💛

For some kids, a great visit means getting through the whole appointment. For others, it might mean sitting in the chair, meeting the team, or simply feeling a little more comfortable than they did last time.

For little ones, those first dental visits aren’t just about checking teeth. They’re about getting comfortable in the chair, learning what to expect, and building confidence one visit at a time.

That’s why being part of this community has always meant more to us than what happens inside our offices.

We’re proud to support local youth sports, school fundraisers, and organizations doing meaningful work for kids and families in our area.

Parents ask us this all the time- and the good news is, keeping your child’s teeth healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.

A few simple habits, done consistently, make a big difference. We put together the five we want parents to know (including a couple that are easy to overlook).
