We are seeking a goal-oriented driver of the practice to be our next Office Leader. In this role, you will be working closely with Doctors and operational objectives to help make the practice more efficient and increase case acceptance to assist our patients in getting the care they need. You will be setting goals with the doctor and keeping your team accountable for the goals set; you will also be responsible for looking at budgets and financial documents to determine the practice’s strategic initiatives. Success in this role will be a person who can lead their team to achieve goals they have set and will adapt to changes in an ever-changing world.

Responsibilities
Proactively create and drive an effective schedule.
Demonstrate and train your team on case acceptance when presenting financial arrangements to patients.
Strong knowledge of insurance to ensure patients maximize their benefit.
Utilize a scoreboard to track team numbers and set goals
Minimize balances owed from patients by setting correct expectations and insurance utilization
Act in partnership with Doctor(s) towards agreed-upon goals.
Organize team members to keep the flow of patients and office running
Skills
Ability to get a “Yes” in treatment presentation and appointment setting
Proven experience scaling up the production of an office
Knowledge of dental insurance
Ability to set goals and hold yourself and your team accountable for goals
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
