Dr. Barney has completed ADA approved residencies in both orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. He has gone beyond this in becoming Board Certified in both Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. is excitement about children’s dentistry by teaching dental residents from the Primary’s Children’s Hospital, University of Utah, and the Veteran’s Hospital. His practice is limited to treating the growing child. He also treats many children with special needs.
