Meet Wendie Osborn!

Wendie began her career in the dental field right out of high school by attending Dental Assisting school to become a Certified Dental Assistant. After a few years of working in dentistry, she decided to further her education and graduated in 2007 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.

Although she now works at the front desk, Wendie truly enjoys connecting with patients and helping make their experience welcoming and comfortable each day. Her friendly personality and caring nature make her a valued part of the team.

Wendie has been married to her husband, James, since 2008, and together they have two sons, Colton (17) and Cody (15). Being a mom is her greatest joy, and she loves spending her time cheering on her boys at their sporting events and extracurricular activities. Family means everything to her, and she treasures every moment spent with them.

When she’s not at work or supporting her boys, Wendie enjoys spending time with her two Golden Retrievers, who keep life fun, active, and full of love.

Our employee of the week is Brook Deanne Dean.

Brook Dean, RH is 1995 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, dental hygiene program. Brook joined our practice in September of 1999. With over 25 years here in our office, she is deeply committed to patient education and prides herself on the lifelong relationships she has built with her patients. Brook has enjoyed watching families grow and helping patients maintain healthy smiles through every stage of life.
Life outside of work is centered around her family. Brook is married and a busy mom of three.
Having two sons and a daughter, you'll often find her on the sidelines of a sporting event or on family outings. If not at a sporting event, you'll find her having backyard fires with her husband, family and friends, boating or walking her dog.

Our next team member is awesome Bethany !

Bethany Flickinger is a dedicated dental assistant who graduated from Choffin Career Center in 2021 with her CDA. She successfully passed three board exams in Infection Control, Chairside Assisting, and Radiology. Bethany is also certified in placing sealants, monitoring nitrous oxide, and coronal polishing. In 2024, she began working at Chandan Dental Associates, where she continues to grow her skills and passion for patient care. Bethany currently fabricates all of our temporary dentures, flippers, and night guards - all made in our in-house 3D denture lab. Outside of work, Bethany enjoys gardening, spending time with her three cats, and exploring a new hobby every month. Bethany is always looking for new ways to learn and stay creative!

Our Employee of the Day is Jenn Saeler

Jenn Saeler is a 2001 graduate of Lakeview and currently resides in Stoneboro with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Taryn and Ashton. Jenn initially joined Dr. Dennis Charlton's practice in April 2003 and has continued to serve with distinction through the transition to Dr. Deveshi Chandan's ownership in 2020. As Lab Technician, Jenn oversees the design and fabrication of all permanent removable prostheses. A licensed EFDA, Jenn is certified to perform polishing, sealant placement, and restoration placement. She also serves as lead assistant, bringing order to the treatment process. Outside of the office, Jenn enjoys quality time with her close-knit family, often planning large gatherings at their favorite spot on Stoneboro Lake. She shares her home with a Fluffy French Bulldog named Lincoln, an Australian Shepherd named Linden, and a Golden Retriever grand dog named Wallie.

Meet Dr. Vikas Setia, our team member of the day, who embodies a team player spirit and radiates enthusiasm in everything he does.

Dr. Vikas Setia graduated from the University at Buffalo, The State University Of New York in 2022. Originally from Canada, he has been practicing dentistry at Sandy Lake for the past 3 years. With a bachelor and master's degree from India, Dr. Vikas has been a dentist since 2010.

His approach focuses on making patients feel welcomed and addressing their concerns. His expertise includes aesthetic dentistry, general dentistry, and emergency care. Outside of work, Dr. Vikas enjoys reading fiction, traveling, and family time with his wife Deepti, a physical therapist, and their son Vihaan.

Our next “meet the team” employee is Skylar Spencer

Skylar Spencer is a 2019 graduate of Franklin Area Jr/Sr High School. She later attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and was President of the class of 2023. She graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist working in private practice for the last three years.

In her free time, Skylar loves to workout, craft, and spend time with her friends/family. She also loves traveling and visiting her local coffee shops.

Skylar is passionate about oral health education and its connection to overall systemic health. She loves treating patients and is devoted to connecting with them on both a professional and personal level! 🦷💜

Today, we are initiating our 'Meet the Team' series.

Each day, we will be spotlighting a team member and providing insights into their background. Our first featured member is the founding father Dr. Lynn Dennis Charlton

Dr. Denny Charlton is a 1981 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He has been practicing general dentistry in Sandy Lake since 1982. He and his wife Lynn raised their three children here in the Lakeview School District. Their daughter Dana, an orthodontist, recently purchased Gulland Orthodontics in Greenville and Hermitage. Her children attend have Oakview Elementary and her husband Dan works as the Operations manager of that practice.

He and Lynn also have a son James, daughter-in-law, Becca, and three grand daughters who live in Las Vegas, NV.

Their son Eric is an Associate Professor of Art at Milsaps College in Jackson,MS. Eric’s wife, Lauren, is a professional dog walker

While Denny is mostly retired, he is blessed to be able to help Chandan Dental Associates by working several days every month. By doing this, he maintains contact with many of his former patients and gives the other doctors in the practice respite as needed.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Inthalangsy to our team, who will commence with us next month.

Dr. Phiphone Inthalangsy earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. With a gentle approach and strong attention to detail, Dr. Inthalangsy takes the time to listen, educate, and ensure each patient feels confident in their care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Inthalangsy enjoys staying active through Pilates, hiking, and rock climbing. She also appreciates relaxing activities like crocheting and reading. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and dog, as well as exploring new restaurants.
