Spear Summit 2026 photo dump

It was such a treat to be back at Summit this year, 10 years since my first! So much has changed since, but with old friends it’s also like no time has passed. After the especially challenging year he’s had, seeing on stage again was indescribably meaningful! 🥹

I’m so grateful to continue be a part of the community despite not actively practicing dentistry lately.

🤯 February flew by!

It felt like I was all over the place—literally and figuratively. Shoutout & thanks to the team for staying connected with our community and each other in this short month.

On the personal side, I’m in my “sandwich generation” era. Grateful the Cu parents cleared more hurdles this month—we’re all still here 🙌. THRILLED is in her HEALED era. Thank you to her incredible care team & ! 💗 Thank you JESUS 🙏🏾

Welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Horse 🧧— it’s already fast & fiery. Wishing everyone health, good energy, and big smiles this year! ✨

Cornucopia of the blur that was the last 4 weeks. I don’t usually hang on to badges but happened to amass this little pile recently… which only reminds me of how silly busy it’s been!

Every workshop, I hear students say “it’s like drinking from a firehose.” So true, and I still can’t get enough of it! Until next year!

🇫🇷 2 days in Juan-les-Pins with Cat. On our little getaway we realized that it’s been over 10 years since we’ve taken a non Coco/dental-related trip together, with just the two of us! 👯‍♀️ We soaked up local color, hiked the Cap d’Antibes’s “tire-poil” and couldn’t get enough of the eye candy that is the glittering Côte d’Azur. 🌊 Feeling grateful for our new adventures & time to reflect on all we’ve done together ❤️
