📣 Enormous KUDOS to the COCOLAB team 💪🏽 Today we achieved a milestone we thought we could only dream of: Cocofloss is the #1 Best-Selling Floss at 🎯 Target! #1! 🏆

Our launch in mass retail earlier this year has been a huge test of teamwork and resilience. Only up from here!! Thank you to our incredible team. 🩵 Excited to keep winning together!! 🙌

Cat and I always knew that once Cocolab hit 50 people, we’d want someone more experienced at the helm. We wrote a CEO job description that felt impossible to fill. Then, right as we passed 50, we found Gayle, our Jedi-Unicorn-Mary Poppins ✨ She’s quite literally a rockstar. Six weeks in, the team’s energized and laser focused on making Cocolab the world’s most loved oral care brand. 🩵

I was reluctant to become CEO two years ago, but at least I can say I grew and learned so much. While in the driver’s seat, we celebrated some of our highest highs, and also made some extremely difficult calls 💔. We got through some really hard things, and our team is stronger for it.

Cat and I are excited to continue serving Cocolab as cofounders, brand builders, and product developers. We get to work alongside Gayle and the entire COCOLAB team to create a brighter every day for everyone who meets us.

Your daily hit of dental dopamine. Performance X Sustainability X Joy. We are doing all of it, and are so, so grateful! 🩵

🩵 🎨 Happy to be back in our “creator” era 🧪💛

Building a company means eventually running one, and that’s a different job. So we found someone *phenomenal* 🤩 to lead it, and Cat and I get to go back to the fun part: making things we love and sharing them with you. Stay tuned 🦷✨

🤔 In the meantime and in all seriousness, what should we name our COCOLAB Bus?

Dad. Dog-dad. Grandpa. Actor, model, and Coco-cheerleader extraordinaire. Thank you for modeling what entrepreneurship actually looks like, backing every shenanigan, and loving us without limit. Best dad and grandpa there is.

Cheers to more birthdays, more growth, and more laughter with you 🥂

Beauty, brains, and heart. Love these ladies!

What a difference a year makes! Last August we were extremely anxious and worried about Frank Spear ‘s condition. He’s said before that the AAED is his favorite meeting, and he couldn’t make it last year. God delivered miracles for Frank and Charlene, and all of us in dentistry get to benefit from Frank being back at it, on stage again! ❤️

10 years in the House of Rouse 🎉

Thank you Jeff Rouse Spear Education for changing how we see patients — and dentistry itself. Jeff teaches how to lead with health 👃🏽 , grow in our practices, and use airway and dentistry to change lives for the better.

Still honored to mentor in Airway Prosthodontics and Sleep Dentistry at Spear. This is where I grew up as a dentist, and now I get to pay it forward to doctors on similar journeys. The clinicians who walk through these walls share a passion for clinical excellence in order to serve their patients at the highest level. I’m always glad to walk among them. (Liz Michelle Michael — and frankly all the airway mentors around Jeff — I love what you’re all doing 🙌 thank you for inspiring me!!)

And while there’s plenty I miss about clinical practice, I’m honestly glad I don’t make sleep appliances anymore. But if I ever do again, I’m so glad to learn from the best Jamison Ross Spencer 🙏🏾

Endlessly grateful for the people and friendships that make time away from my family and COCOLAB feel worth it.

Summer’s flying by ✈️

(As I stand in line to board a plane,) I’m finally standing still for a moment to share my juicy RDH UOR pics 🍒

Super proud of the COCOLAB team and the fun and delight we brought to everyone this summer with our launches!! 🍒 🍓 🍒

I’m headed to Spear Education for Airway Prosthodontics and Sleep Dentistry! I don’t get out to Spear as often anymore, so I’m really looking forward to it. I’ll also be at AAED (American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry) in New York next week—let me know if you’ll be there too!

Introducing Christian Wee our 18 year old Cu cousin who came for 🏄‍♂️ and kept the kids thoroughly entertained. He’s headed off to college this summer — will he know how to take care of his smile? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Cat and I had another pinch-me moment last week: our happy hour🍹in Anaheim. We’ve grown so much these past 11 years, and I’m so honored and grateful for this 🦷 Pro community that raised us up! Colleagues came from *all over* California to hang out with us. (From San Diego to Sacramento!) Many didn’t even know that CDA was happening. We are SO tremendously appreciative for these friends, new and old 💗 and so proud of & grateful for the Cocolab team!! It’s so much fun building together. One smile at a time!!

Thank you for all the love and good energy🫶 Maxed out at 20 photos and 20 tags… even if I’ve missed you here, you know who you are!!! 🙏🏾😘
