Earlier this week, we celebrated the birthday of our newest dental assistant, Frankie ! 🥳🎂

She joined us a little over six months ago and has already become a familiar face at both our River Oaks and Pacific Bay locations. When she isn’t assisting our patients, you’ll probably find her enjoying sushi, anime, and video games—or doing hair on the weekends! 🍣🎮✨ 🍣🎮💇‍♀️

We wish her plenty of joy, adventures, and great sushi! Let’s send Frankie some birthday love! 💛🩵

As we ease into September, we’re reflecting on the meaningful ways our doctors served the community during August. 💛

On separate Sundays, Dr. Monica Wu and Dr. David Lai each volunteered alongside local dentists and the Tzu Chi Foundation to provide pro bono dental care to underserved members of our community. 🦷

At Compass Dental Arts, service is part of what guides us—both inside and outside our office. We’re grateful to carry that same spirit of care into the month ahead. ✨

🦷 🪥Brushing up on the highlights ⚡️from two busy days at the Bay Area Dental Expo last week!

Our Compass Dental Arts team with our doctors , Dr David Lai and Dr Monica Wu was there to learn, connect with other dental professionals and check out the latest technology 🔬 shaping the future of dentistry. We even had Dr Lai getting a laser demo!

Dr. Monica Wu also delivered opening remarks representing the Santa Clara County Dental Society Santa Clara County Dental Society . The event brought her together with respected leaders in dentistry, including Dr. Erin Beveridge Erin Beveridge , former Glidewell Dental CEO and keynote speaker Stephenie Goddard, Stephenie Goddard BADE host and speaker Dr. Sheila Dobee Dr Sheila Dobee Dentist , and CDA President Dr. Robert Hanlon California Dental Association .

Together, the experience gave our team a closer look at the people, ideas 💡 and technology helping shape what comes next in dentistry. 🦷💻
