PAYMENT
We accept dental insurances, PPO plan. We don’t accept HMO/DHMO plans (DeltaCare, Delta USA,...), Principal insurance, and Medi-Cal. If the patient pays out-of-pocket, we accept cash or debit/credit cards but don't take checks. When you pay by any card, an additional 3% merchant fee will be charged to your amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We don’t charge the cancellation fee. But our clinic policy is if the current patients are unreliable, continuously cancel or reschedule the appointments 3 times (2 times for the new patients), or even worse no show for the appointment, we cannot see them anymore. Please book the appointment when you’re sure that you can come. Thank you for understanding :)
