On Saturday, we hosted the second session of our Leadership Series, focused on Leading with Courage!

We built on topics from our first session, exploring how understanding your personality style can help you better understand your impact on others and how to put that awareness into action when navigating difficult conversations.

A huge thank you to our three speakers, Dr. Megan Clarke, Dr. Dave Striegel, and Katherine Eitel Belt, CSP, for sharing their insight and creating such an engaging session!

Our Leadership Series is designed specifically for early-career dentists within their first 10 years of practice, creating opportunities to build the leadership skills that go beyond the operatory. Stay tuned for our next session in October!
