We get it. It’s 8pm. You’re exhausted. Your kid is exhausted. Skipping the tooth brushing part won’t hurt, right? 😴

The problem: Our mouths produce less saliva when we sleep, and saliva is our body’s natural way of washing away food and bacteria. Sooo when brushing is skipped at night, these bacteria THRIVE and party with the sugars left on the teeth overnight. More bacteria means a higher risk or cavities and plaque build up.
