I have been on a business trip to meet manufacturers for

Mouthwash Do's and Don'ts

✅ Do: Remember your mouth needs balance. We have good bacteria and bad bacteria, and the good bacteria is helpful for digestion and gut health.

❌ Do not: Make "kills 99.9% of germs" your goal. We need good germs in our mouth.

✅ Do: If you absolutely need a mouthwash, choose something more natural with essential oils and a probiotic.

❌ Do not: Use mouthwash daily. Mouthwash is best used only occasionally, like when you have a sore throat or an infection. Otherwise, a healthy mouth and a healthy gut are enough.
